Enchanted Forest Cross Country Overview
Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area is New Mexico’s largest cross country ski and snowshoe area. Enchanted Forest offers year round recreation on the Carson National Forest. EFXC machine grooms 33km of trails for classic and freestyle Nordic skiing. There are 15km of trails dedicated to snowshoeing and 5km of trails set aside for use with dogs this cross country ski area has activities for a variety of Winter users. The area has a day lodge offering equipment rentals. There are two trailside yurts that are available for ski in, ski out access during the Winter and hike/bike in during the summer season.
